Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 101-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility that has been providing quality care to the residents of Allegany County, and surrounding communities, since 1969. Located at 901 Seton Drive in Cumberland, Maryland, the facility is conveniently located and easily accessible by public transportation.
We focus on short-term rehabilitation in order to send our residents home, providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy interventions seven days a week. Our trained professional staff provide 24 hour skilled nursing services, including peritoneal dialysis, IV therapy and pain management. Additionally, we provide transportation to chemo-dialysis appointments.
The interdisciplinary care plan team develops an individual comprehensive plan of care for each resident, setting personal goals to assist many residents in resuming their former lifestyles, and even returning home. We are dedicated to providing quality skilled nursing care to our residents and look forward to the opportunity to assist you and your family.
